At INNSLANE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your INNSLANE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the items.
